Harry Ramsden's Fish and Chips Rebrand

BRIEF
To re-brand Harry Ramsden’s and make them relevent again. Harry Ramsden’s is a Fish & Chip restaurant which has outlets all over the world, with over 30 in the UK - your task is to refresh this successful brand.
 

CONCEPT
To create elements which are modern, while putting accross tradition and nostalgia. Also I wanted to get accross that this is a sophisticated brand which sells good quality, British food.
 

STRATEGY
To use black and white imagery of raw fish and potatoes, serif typefaces and brown paper and string to comunicate how I want the audience to see Harry Ramsden’s as a brand.

Cardboard box to package the meals instore
Tags to go on each food box - designed to make the experience more personal for each customer.
Paper wrap for food which would be sealed with a sticker - a modern take on the tradition of wrapping fish and chips in newspaper.
Packaging elements all together.
Brown paper bag for takeaway meals.
Advertising - ideally these adverts would always be together as a pair so that they read "Fish and Chips".
